Now there is! Change your SIU Credit Union Check Card PIN (Personal Identification Number) quickly and easily by calling 1-866-985-2273. You must call from one of your phone numbers on file with SIU Credit Union. To update you phone number, login to Online Banking.

This new PIN Now^SM service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and it gives you the freedom to change your PIN anytime you want – in an instant.

Even with the addition of PIN Now^SM, you can still change your PIN easily at any SIU Credit Union ATM.

Change Your ATM and Check Card PIN at the ATM
To change the PIN on your ATM card or your Visa Check Card at a SIU Credit Union ATM, follow these simple steps:

1. Insert your card into the ATM
2. Select if a receipt is desired
3. Enter your current PIN
4. Select Next Menu
5. Select Next Menu again
6. Select “Change PIN”
7. Enter a new 4-digit PIN of your choice
8. Confirm your new PIN

Change Your Credit Card PIN

To Change your SIU Credit Union Visa Credit Card PIN call 866-297-3408.

If you do not know your existing SIU Visa Credit Card PIN, please call us at 618-457-3595 then select Option 4, then select Option 1, then Option 2 to request a PIN for your SIU Credit Union Visa Credit Card. When you receive your new PIN in the mail, you can call 866-297-3408 to change it to a PIN of your choice.
