Who do I talk to if I have problems with my Ultimate VISA© Check Card?
If you are having problems with your Ultimate Check Card, you can contact SIU Credit Union’s Card Services Department for help by stopping by any of our three locations or by calling (618) 457-3595.

* Must be 18 to qualify and have no more than three “Non-Sufficient Funds” within a 90-day period. Must be primary or secondary signer on checking account. If you apply within 90-days or less of getting your checking account, your application must be processed through ChexSystems.
