What is an Overdraft Protection Loan?
Overdraft protection loans protect your SIU CU checking account from insufficient funds fees from both the vendor and the credit union. If your checking account shows insufficient funds, money will be credited to your checking account from your overdraft protection loan up to your credit limit to cover your check.

A Savings or Certificate Secured loan is a secured loan with a savings account or a certificate of deposit serving as collateral.
